Most of the prospective reports recommended that long-term consumption of Coffee and decaffeinated Coffee can reduce the risk of many diseases. Among health benefits of Coffee drinking it boosts our physical performance, burn fat, reduces risk of stroke, liver, prostate and colorectal cancer by 20%, risk of Parkinson’s disease by 25%, lower risk of Type II diabetes, reduces risk of dementia and protects our mind, brightens our mood, helps us to fight depression and minimize risk of suicide by 50%.
