Coffee is the most common used drink among all the continents. Coffee is made from dried coffee beans. Coffee is also a source of Caffeine. As Coffee is used in huge amount per year so we have to know about the side effects and good effects of coffee that it made to human health.

Moderate amount of coffee consumption dose not seem to have long-term detrimental effects, consuming larger amounts of coffee increases the caffeine level and this increase in caffeine on a regular basis (1000 mg or about ten 6 oz cups of coffee a day) may be linked to conception problems, increased episode of heartburn and changes in bowel habits.



People use Coffee to prevent them from sleep deprivation but too much consumption of coffee increases the Caffeine Level which may us lead to sleep deprivation and a tendency to disregard the signals that the body is tired and needs rest. Coffee does not replenish energy or prevent emotional fatigue, food and sleep are the only remedies for these.

 When normal sleeping patterns are continually disturbed, mood depression may occur. Too much Coffee Consumption increase the caffeine level which may also lead to anxiety-related feelings such as excessive nervousness, sweating and tremors.



People who take medications for depression, anxiety or insomnia, high blood pressure, other heart problems, chronic stomach upset or kidney disease should avoid caffeine or have to limit the amount of coffee until discussing the matter with a clinician. If you want to avoid some of the annoying side effects of caffeine you should have to control the amount of daily coffee consumption which will also decrease the caffeine level and hence major negative effects will be decreased.
