effects on human heart and body. According to research the people who drink 4
cups of coffee in a day have 13 % less chance of heart attack than the other
peoples but when this limit increases it also effects the heart and human body.

coffee has been
associated with acute increases in blood pressure in caffeine-naive
people, but exerts negligible effects on the long-term levels of BP in habitual

caffeine contain blocking
the adenosine receptors present in the vascular tissue to produce
vasoconstriction. A study was concluded in which caffeine
increases blood pressure in short-term studies.

full for diabetes patients It may protect us from type 2 diabetes. Dr. Simin Liu said that there is an Inverse association
between coffee consumption and risk of type 2 diabetes.
